We built the platform we wished existed.

Wasavo is built by Abloom Solutions. No investors to report growth numbers to — just real clients whose support and sales teams needed WhatsApp to work like an operation, not a personal chat.

The story

From one client's inbox to a platform.

Wasavo started as a straightforward problem: a retail team drowning in WhatsApp messages from a single shared number, with no way to see who'd already replied to what. The fix wasn't a chatbot bolted onto their number — it was a proper shared inbox, built once, built right.

That discipline — one codebase, strict per-client isolation, nothing forked for a "special" client — became the rule for everything after. It's the reason a school and a retail brand can run on the exact same platform today without either one waiting on a feature built for the other.

How we build

Four rules that don't bend.

One codebase, always

Every client runs on the same platform. A feature built for one ships to all — nobody is stuck on a fork nobody remembers building.

Isolation, no exceptions

Every client's data is scoped by client_id at every layer. A token from one tenant can never see another's conversations.

Nothing ships un-verified

Every backend change is syntax-checked before it touches the live process. No live edits, no exceptions for "quick fixes."

Non-coders can run it

Onboarding a new client should be a form, not a deploy. If a teammate needs a developer to add a client, the tool isn't finished yet.

Wasavo runs live client conversations today — not a pitch-deck roadmap. The team is small on purpose: it keeps every decision close to the people actually running the inbox.
