Terms of Service.

The agreement between your business and ours. The parts that cost you money or get your number banned are the ones worth reading.

Last updated: 23 October 2026

These terms govern your use of Wasavo. They form an agreement between [ADD: registered company name] ("Wasavo", "we") and the business that signs up ("you"). Please read them before you start sending.

1. Acceptance

By creating an account, using any Wasavo product, or paying an invoice, you accept these terms. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind it. If you do not accept, do not use the service.

2. The services

Wasavo provides seven products: the WhatsApp Platform (at flow.wasavo.com), Wasavo Clinic, Wasavo Schools, Wasavo Tyre, Wasavo Gym, Wasavo Signage and Wasavo IVR. What you get depends on the plan you are on.

WhatsApp messaging runs on Meta's official WhatsApp Cloud API. Wasavo is an independent software company and is not affiliated with WhatsApp LLC or Meta Platforms, Inc. Your use of WhatsApp is additionally subject to Meta's own terms and policies.

We improve the products continuously. We may add, change or withdraw features; where a change removes something you materially depend on, we will give you notice.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details, for the security of your credentials, and for everything done under your account. Tell us promptly at support@wasavo.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

Within your account you control which of your staff get access and at what role. Those choices are yours, and so are their consequences.

4. Your responsibilities

These are the obligations that matter most, because breaking them can get your WhatsApp number restricted by Meta — something we cannot reverse on your behalf.

Opt-in consent

You must have valid opt-in consent from every person you message through Wasavo, obtained before you message them, and you must be able to show how and when you obtained it. Give people a clear way to opt out, and honour opt-outs promptly.

No bought lists, no spam

You must not upload purchased, scraped, rented or otherwise third-party-sourced contact lists. You must not send unsolicited bulk messages. Contacts must be people who gave your business permission to contact them.

Meta's policies

You must comply with the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy, the WhatsApp Commerce Policy and Meta's other applicable terms. Message templates must be accurate and must match the category they are submitted under.

Lawful use

You must use Wasavo lawfully, and must not use it to send unlawful, deceptive, harassing or infringing content, to impersonate anyone, to interfere with the service, or to attempt unauthorised access to it or to another customer's data. You are responsible for the lawfulness of the data you upload and for having the right to upload it.

Your data, your records

You are the controller of the data you upload. You are responsible for obtaining any consents the law requires, and — if you run a school — for parental consent covering student data. Our role is set out in the Privacy Policy.

5. Fees and charges

Plans

Subscription fees are shown on the pricing page and are charged in advance for the period you choose. There is no setup fee. Number verification, template submission, data import and the training session are part of onboarding. A large migration from legacy software is quoted separately, and only if it is genuinely large.

Free Starter tier

The Starter tier is free and real — not a time-limited trial. We may change what it includes, or set fair-use limits on it, with notice.

Meta's message charges

WhatsApp conversations are charged by Meta. Wasavo passes these through at cost, with no markup. They are billed separately from your plan and vary by message category and country — utility messages cost considerably less than marketing messages. Because Meta sets these rates, they can change without notice from us.

Payment and taxes

Invoices are payable in advance, due on the invoice date. Fees are exclusive of taxes; GST is charged where applicable at the prevailing rate, and customers outside India are responsible for any local taxes. Payments are made by bank transfer or UPI against an invoice.

We may change our prices on 30 days notice. A change never applies to a period you have already paid for.

We may suspend service on overdue accounts after giving you notice and a chance to pay.

6. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time. Monthly plans stop at the end of the month you cancel in — you keep access until then, and part months are not refunded. [ADD: whether prepaid annual periods are refunded]

You can export your full data before you go — contacts, messages, patients, students, invoices, whatever applies to your products. Please do it before your access ends. After cancellation we retain and then delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, that puts the service or other customers at risk, that is being used unlawfully, or that is materially overdue on payment. Where circumstances allow, we will warn you first and give you a chance to put it right. Serious cases — unlawful use, or activity that threatens our Meta standing — may be suspended immediately.

On termination your right to use the service ends. Clauses that by their nature should survive — fees owed, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability and governing law — survive.

8. Intellectual property

Wasavo owns the software, its interfaces, documentation, branding and everything we build. Nothing here transfers that to you; you get a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service while your subscription is active.

You own your data. You grant us only the licence we need to host, process and display it in order to provide the service to you. If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them freely to improve the product, without obligation to you.

9. Availability

We work to keep Wasavo available and monitored, but we do not commit to a specific uptime percentage under these standard terms. Planned maintenance is scheduled outside business hours where we can, and announced in advance where it will be noticeable.

Parts of the service depend on third parties — Meta's WhatsApp Cloud API most of all. Outages, policy decisions, rate changes or number restrictions originating with Meta are outside our control. We do not offer a paid service level agreement.

10. Disclaimers

Other than as expressly stated, the service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law permits, we exclude implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, that every message will be delivered — delivery depends on Meta and on the recipient's device and settings — or that your WhatsApp number will not be restricted by Meta. Wasavo does not provide legal, medical, financial or regulatory advice; our products are tools, and professional judgment remains yours.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law permits, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill or anticipated savings, however caused.

Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these terms, in any twelve month period, is limited to the subscription fees you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Meta's message charges passed through at cost are not counted as fees paid to us for this purpose.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of [ADD: governing law city], India have exclusive jurisdiction, and both parties submit to it. Disputes are resolved by those courts; there is no arbitration clause in these terms.

If you are a customer in Saudi Arabia and require a different governing law or dispute forum, that must be agreed with us separately in writing.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top always reflects the current version. If a change materially affects your rights or obligations we will notify account holders by email before it takes effect, and continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the change.

14. Contact

Questions about these terms: legal@wasavo.com. Billing: billing@wasavo.com. Anything else: sales@wasavo.com, or message us.
