Wasavo Clinic
Clinic management software
that runs on WhatsApp.
The front desk, finally in order.
Wasavo Clinic is clinic and hospital management software for India. It handles patient registration, appointments, queue tokens, consultations, prescriptions and billing in one system, and sends appointment reminders, prescriptions and invoices to patients on WhatsApp automatically.
One patient, one thread
Walk-in to invoice, without paper.
Each step writes into the same record, so nothing has to be re-entered and nothing is reconstructed from memory at the end of the day.
-
01
Registration & UHID
A new patient gets a unique hospital ID generated by the system — not typed by hand, so it never collides. Returning patients are found by phone number in seconds.
-
02
Appointment
Book against a doctor and a department, with their leave calendar respected. The patient gets a WhatsApp confirmation and a reminder the day before.
-
03
Queue token
On arrival the appointment becomes a live token. Status changes in exactly one place, so the waiting-room screen and the doctor's list can never disagree.
-
04
Consultation
Vitals go in as real fields, not free text, and BMI is computed server-side. Complaints, diagnosis, advice and follow-up date all attach to the visit.
-
05
Prescription
Drug, dose, frequency and duration, printed on your letterhead or sent as a PDF to the patient's WhatsApp before they have left the building.
-
06
Billing
Invoice numbers are issued atomically, so two counters can bill at once without a duplicate. Totals are computed on the server — a client can't send its own number.

The channel
Why clinics use WhatsApp instead of SMS
Patients in India already use WhatsApp every day. A verified business name shows the message genuinely came from your clinic, patients can reply to confirm, and you can send the prescription PDF and invoice in the same thread. Wasavo uses Meta's official WhatsApp Cloud API, so there is no unofficial automation and no ban risk for your number.

Billing that can't drift.
The commonest failure in clinic software is an invoice whose status says one thing and whose payments say another. Here, status is recomputed from the payments after every single change — it is never stored as an independent fact.
Total is always subtotal minus discount, computed on the server.
Invoice numbers are allocated atomically — no duplicates across counters.
Non-cash payments require a reference or UTR before they can be saved.
Deleting a payment immediately moves the invoice back to partly paid.
Payment modes
Recorded exactly as your counter actually takes money.
GST on OPD
OPD healthcare services are exempt, so invoices carry no GST line. Adding a decorative tax row to a bill that shouldn't have one causes more problems than it solves.
Deliberately not included
What we leave out, and why.
Some features sell well in a demo and go badly in a clinic. These are excluded on purpose, not because they were hard.
AI prescription suggestions
Under NMC telemedicine guidance the prescribing doctor carries the liability. We won't put a machine's guess next to their signature.
Disease prediction
Same reason. A probability score on a patient record invites a decision the software is in no position to stand behind.
In-app payment gateway
Clinics mostly settle at the counter. We record every mode accurately instead of inserting ourselves into the money flow.

Contact salesClinic management software is a system that replaces paper registers and spreadsheets at a clinic. It records patient details, books appointments, manages the waiting queue, stores consultation notes and prescriptions, and produces bills and reports in one place.
Yes. Patients get a WhatsApp confirmation when an appointment is booked and a reminder the day before. Prescriptions and invoices can also be sent to the patient's WhatsApp as PDFs.
No. Healthcare services provided by clinical establishments are exempt from GST in India, so Wasavo Clinic's OPD invoices do not carry a GST line.
Cash, card, UPI scanner, net banking, cheque and demand draft. Non-cash payments require a reference or UTR number, and an invoice's status is calculated from the payments recorded against it.
Yes. Several branches can run under one clinic account, each with its own staff, queue and invoice numbering.
No. The prescribing doctor carries responsibility for a prescription under NMC telemedicine guidance, so Wasavo Clinic does not generate AI prescription suggestions or disease predictions. Doctors write every prescription themselves.
On servers in India. Every record is tied to your clinic's account, so another customer cannot access your data, and you can export all your data at any time.
Yes. If you can export your patient list as an Excel or CSV file, the Wasavo team handles the import for you.

We'll run a demo on a real tenant — registration to invoice — using the kind of patients you actually see.
