Wasavo Signage

Every screen you own, from one browser tab.

Pair a TV by typing a code into it. Build a playlist, decide when it runs, and push it to one screen or every screen in every branch. No pen drives, no one standing on a chair with an HDMI cable.

The problem

The pen drive is still in the TV.

Most screens in Indian shops, clinics and showrooms are running a video someone copied onto a USB stick months ago. Changing it means going to each screen with a laptop. So nobody changes it, and the Diwali offer is still playing in February.

The second problem is worse: nobody knows when a screen stops. A TV reboots into its home menu, or the stick corrupts, and it sits there showing a blue input screen for three weeks until a customer mentions it.

Wasavo Signage fixes both. Content changes from a dashboard, and every screen reports back — so a dead one is something you find out about, not something you discover.

Each player checks in with what it's showing, its resolution and its version — so "is it working?" has an answer without anyone driving to the branch.

Setup

A six-digit code, and the TV is yours.

Open the player on the screen. It shows a pairing code. Type that code into the dashboard, give the screen a name and a location, and it starts playing. That's the whole installation.

  • Android TV, TV box or Fire stick — install the Wasavo player APK and you're done. A ₹3,000 box turns any TV into a managed screen.

  • Samsung and LG commercial displays — proper Tizen and webOS packages, so the screen runs the player itself with no box behind it.

  • Or just a browser — any old laptop or mini PC pointed at the player URL works the same way.

  • Rotation per screen — 0°, 90°, 180° or 270°, set from the dashboard. A vertical window display needs no special hardware.

What a new screen shows until someone claims it.

What's inside

Playlists, schedules, and proof it ran.

Media library

Upload images and video, or add something by URL. Size, dimensions and duration are read on upload, so a clip that's the wrong shape is obvious before it's on a wall.

Channels

A channel is a playlist: drag items into order, set how many seconds each one holds, and pick the orientation, the fit and the transition between items.

Schedules with priority

Days of the week, a start and end time, and an optional date range. When two schedules overlap, the higher priority wins — so a festival campaign can sit on top of the everyday loop without deleting it.

Target anything

Point a schedule at one screen, a whole location, or every screen you own. The Bandra window gets the window loop; everything else keeps the house channel.

Remote control

Reload a screen, clear its cache, or flash "identify" on it to work out which box in the rack is which — all without leaving the dashboard.

Proof of play

Every item that plays is logged with the screen, the time and how long it ran. If you're selling display slots to a brand, that log is the invoice backup.

When the internet drops

The wall keeps playing.

Shop internet in India is not reliable, and a signage system that shows a connection error when the line blips is worse than the pen drive it replaced.

Media is cached on the screen

The player keeps its own copy of everything in the channel, so playback continues from local storage with no connection at all.

It keeps trying, quietly

An offline player retries every 15 seconds and picks up changes the moment the line is back — nobody has to go and restart it.

You still see the gap

The dashboard shows last-seen time, so a screen that has genuinely died looks different from one riding out a bad afternoon.

For agencies

Run screens for your own clients.

Signage is multi-tenant underneath. Each client is a separate organisation with its own screens, media, channels and users, and an agency account switches between them from one login.

Each organisation carries its own screen limit and its own timezone — so a client in a different state schedules in their local time, and nobody can quietly add a tenth screen to a five-screen plan.

Two kinds of login

Client

Sees one organisation. Uploads media, builds channels, schedules them, pairs and manages their own screens.

Superadmin

Creates organisations, sets screen limits, switches between clients, and removes devices. The account you keep for yourself.

Where it goes

Anywhere people are already waiting.

Clinics

Doctor timings, procedure rates and health tips in the waiting area — which also makes the wait feel shorter.

Showrooms & retail

A portrait screen in the window running today's offer, changed from your phone when the offer changes.

Restaurants

Digital menu boards where the 4 PM switch from lunch to evening menu happens on a schedule, not a reminder.

Gyms & schools

Class timetables, notices and the leaderboard on a screen everyone walks past anyway.

Start with the screen you already have.

Send us a photo of the TV and whatever is playing on it today. We'll pair one screen on the call and change what it shows while you watch.
